How to Track Your Order?

Once your package has been shipped from Urbanaprt.com, our system will automatically send you the tracking number via email.

To access detailed tracking information, simply visit the Tracking Order link provided which is attached to the mail you receive by when the order is fulfilled.

Estimated Delivery Time

Upon placing your order, we will provide you with an estimated delivery time. Please note that delivery times are approximate and begin from the date of shipping, not the date of order placement. These times should be used as a reference and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

In normal circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within business days from the date of your order. Business days are defined as Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.

Package Pickup Instructions

In certain cases, your package may be delivered to your local post office, requiring you to pick it up personally. We will notify you when this occurs.

Please ensure that you have provided the correct email address and phone number during checkout, as we may not be able to contact you twice if incorrect information is provided.

If the package is not picked up within the designated time frame, it will be returned to our local warehouse, and we will initiate a reshipment process.

Resending a Package

If you have provided an incorrect or incomplete address (e.g., missing apartment number), and the package is returned, please note that it may take 1-3 weeks to begin the reshipment process. Therefore, we strongly advise double-checking your address before placing an order.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order under these circumstances, you may do so, but please note that you will be responsible for covering the shipping fee. The exact shipping fee may vary depending on the destination country. For instance, the shipping fee for the United States is $10 USD.

The package was Delivered but Not Received

If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us immediately. Additionally, please verify the order address once again. If the address is correct and the tracking information confirms successful delivery, we recommend contacting your local post office promptly.
