Please reach out to our team before proceeding with a return or refund. We can only accept authorized returns. Kindly read the instructions below to understand the process of returning items.
Return and Refund Policy:
If you receive a product that is incorrect, damaged, stained, or simply not to your liking, you have 15 calendar days from the date of receiving the item to submit a return and refund request. Our Customer Service team will review your request within 3 working days and provide a response. If approved, you may proceed to send the item back to us.
Important: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
- In cases where our Customer Service team determines that the issue is due to manufacturing quality, we will cover the return shipping costs.
- If the issue with the item is based on personal preferences (e.g., no longer needing or liking the item), you will be responsible for the return shipping fee, as well as any taxes or additional logistics costs. Refunds will be adjusted to account for any taxes and logistics costs charged upon arrival.
Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of its arrival. You will also receive updates on the status of your refund after the inspection.
If your return request is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

(2) Upload clear pictures or videos that clearly show the following attributes:
–The issue(what’s wrong) with the item and the Reason for returning it.
–The shipping carrier’s delivery order information.
–The packaging, shows that it is intact and in good condition.
(3) Once your return request is approved, provide the tracking number for the return package to our Customer Service team, allowing them to monitor the return process.
(4) Carefully package the item for return, ensuring it is securely protected to prevent any damage during transit. Include any necessary documentation or accessories that came with the item.
(5) Ship the package using a reliable shipping method of your choice. We recommend obtaining a tracking number to monitor the return shipment.
(6) Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the necessary criteria for a refund. We will notify you of the receipt and initiate the refund process.

- Can I exchange an item? Yes, but return & re-ship shipping costs will not be covered by us. We can change the item for you but you will need to bear the shipping cost from in and out.

Dimensions & Sizing
All measurements are shown in Centimeters based on the Tapestry Printing nominal sizes via polyester fabric; height x width. Tapestries are machine printed. And their fabric sizes are subject to hand cutting and are thus accurate to a factor of 5% +/-. None of the printed tapestries will produce custom sizes. They are available only in the sizes shown on the website.
If the customer wishes for a larger size of tapestry please Contact us to get information on the list of sizes that are available to print on request.
And also if your size requirements are more exacting, please take care to compensate by providing enough space vertically and horizontally. If we have a tapestry in stock, we will be happy to measure it precisely for you.

However, due to limitations in screen technology and variations between different computers, it is not possible to guarantee an exact match. The images of products shown on this site are intended to be indicative only. And should be used only as a guide when making a decision with our products.
